We are a family artisanal winery…we produce thanks to self-planted vineyards which have never met chemical products.
Certified Organic production, high number of plants per hectare and very low production per plant, great care in vinification, special attention for the environment and for our customers’ health.

this is our philosophy
Our small production let us focus on the meticulous care of each vine.
We select only 4-5 bunches for each plant.
We take care of them only with manual tecniques: from the pruning to the selection of the fruit gems, from the harvest to the pressing and the storage, from the rackings to the bottling up to the delivery all over the world.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY IN THE VINEYARD AND IN THE CELLAR
We believe every modern firm should take care of the environment in which it works and not only of profits.
This is why we have chosen a “clean farming”: no waste, no pollution, choice of recyclable products, use of specific agronomic tecniques to increase the biodiversity and the soil fertility.
We are making huge investments in the cellar to use green energy: we are building a geothermal plant to cover all the thermic needs (both heating and cooling); a plant-based sewage-treatment facility will be used for the waste waters.

Our vineyard are not treated with fertilizers not to affect the terroir and its flavours.
Our bottles are entirely provided with natural and high quality corks.
Manual harvest, pressing, entonnage, batonnage, bottling: all made following traditional cellar tecniques…so actual for us!
